Come join our Audi Ottawa team We are looking for an accounting assistant.

As an **accounting assistant **you will perform a range of general clerical, payroll, accounting and bookkeeping support functions. Some of your duties will consist of the following;
- Process vendor and supplier invoices
- Key data into accounting system and payroll service system
- Reconcile debit/credit card transactions and post to the G/L
- Prepare cheques for vendor/supplier invoices and statements
- Perform filing and general clerical duties
- Prepare bank deposits
- Provide accounting and clerical support to accounting department
- Post Parts invoices and Reconcile Audi Parts Statements
- Analyze and schedule accounts
- Prepare and compile working papers for year
- end financial statement file.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-430pm
