**INGÉNIA TECHNOLOGIES INC. **is a North American leader in the design and manufacture of air handling units. At its high-tech plant in Mirabel, Ingenia designs and manufactures top-quality products for sale throughout North America. Ingenia is experiencing a period of strong growth driven by its reputation and innovation.

We are currently looking for a **Marketing and Communications Specialist.**
- Maintain and evolve Ingenia's brand image development plan
- Enhance the image of our websites and ensure their maintenance and updating
- Maintain the various platforms and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation
- Work with the Engineering and Sales departments to design and update marketing and communications tools
- Produce documentation (documents, brochures, videos, web content, catalogs, etc.) following Ingenia standard guidelines
- Translate various press releases on our platforms and social networks
- Collaborate with Ingenia's head office in the United States on various special mandates
- Coordinate product exhibitions and meetings in Canada and the United States
- Create communication links with external sales offices

**Skills required**
- College or university degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Between 1- and 3-years’ experience in marketing and communications. (New graduates will be considered)
- Fluently bilingual (French and English, spoken and written). This position requires regular interaction with our U.S.based head office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and to complete several projects/requests simultaneously
- Strong ability to work in a team and also independently
- Autonomy, organization, rigor and precision
- Good knowledge of specialized software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Maintain a constant content presence on social networks
