Office Administrator/dispatcher

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and organized **Office Administrator / Dispatcher** to join our operations team. This role is central to the daily flow of our business — from coordinating drivers and scheduling services to handling customer calls, invoicing, and light sales follow-up.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and manage inbound calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers to coordinate daily service routes
- Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately
- Maintain organized records and support general office functions
- Assist with customer account management and service scheduling
- Conduct light outbound calls related to sales and service follow-up
- Collaborate with management to ensure efficient operations
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in dispatch, office administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
