As a Banquet Associate, you will be a crucial member of our banquet team, working under the supervision of the Banquet Supervisor. Your responsibilities will involve the setup and cleanup of our banquet and meeting spaces, ensuring all events run smoothly and guests are completely satisfied.

**Your Role**:

- Assist in setting up for events by arranging tables, chairs, table linens, china, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces, as per the event plan.
- Breakdown and clean up after events, ensuring the space is ready for the next function.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests from guests and event planners.
- Ensure all banquet equipment and facilities are in proper operational condition and meet cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the banquet department.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player, with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical requirements of job including setting up heavy equipment such as stages and podiums.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is an asset but not a requirement.
- Must be available to work 4 to 12 hours per week, with the possibility of extended hours during busy periods.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift

- Morning shift

- Weekends as needed
