**Summary**

As a Security Supervisor at K9ine Security, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of our clients and their properties. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to community-focused security services.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of security protocols and procedures to enhance safety measures.
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices in law enforcement and loss prevention.
- Respond to incidents as necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement to address security concerns.
- Prepare reports on security incidents and recommend improvements.
- Maintain the flow of traffic, keep emergency access clear of illegal vehicles and assist patron.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security or law enforcement sector.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and surveillance techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
