**Key responsibilities**
- Follows the direction and scheduling of the Install Coordinator.
- Must show up at client installs on time, looking presentable and eager to satisfy our customers service request in a timely manner.
- Must be creative in resolving install issues and use all resources available.
- Must approach jobs with a craftsmanship attitude and complete jobs with perfection in mind, working under the scheduled guidelines.
- Make sure all information and documentation pertaining to jobs is complete and correct.
- Follows proofs and direction to ensure jobs are completed to customer requirements and expectations.
- Spoilage levels are at or below stated company objectives and consistent with Quality standards and good business practices.
- Take pride in your work and ensure you are efficient with your time.
- Perform site checks as required.
- Understand and follow company install procedures, practices and policies.
- Communicate with sales and estimating department to establish installation times.
- Report in a timely manner to your supervisor, any issues that impact job completion times.
- Inspect and ensure quality of finished work is to the highest standard.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required.
- Attend any training required to facilitate new products and techniques.
- Responsible for the care and upkeep of all tools, supplies and vehicles on the bay.
- Represent Ampco internally and externally with a professional can do attitude.
- Keep work areas tidy, clean and safe at all times.
- Be available to work shift work and weekends when required.

**What you bring to Ampco**
- 2+ years experience in a similar position.
- Good problem solving skills. Be able to think on your feet, show initiative and provide helpful solutions.
- You are reliable, punctual and conscientious.
- Be adaptable to change, installations can change day to day.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, highest level of workmanship and take pride in your work.
- Be able to engage with the customer on site in a respective and helpful manner.
- Patience, with the ability to work calm under pressure.
- Be comfortable working in all weather conditions and environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize a busy workload with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
- The ability to read and speak English fluently, communicate effectively.
- A complete resume showing work experience and education.
- Work well in a team and build strong working relationships with the departments your role interacts with.
- Be pro-active and solutions focused.
- Be able to lift and carry heavy objects, reach and climb up ladders, following at all time Worksafe BC recommended guidelines.
- Clean and valid Class 5 Drivers License and provide a current Drivers Abstract.
- Have your own vehicle. Mileage for attending jobs is provided.
- Must be available to work overtime to include evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
