**Job description**

As our Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales and Service teams by providing great customer service, answering and directing phone calls, assisting walk in clients as well on the administrative side of our business.

**Requirements**:

- receive visitors and customers with a great customer service attitude
- proficient with microsoft word and excel

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- answer all incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
- sort, distribute and send mail and packages
- manage and maintain cash and taking customer payments
- handle accounts payable and accounts receivables
- execute daily batch postings
- ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming
