Job Title: Appliance Repair Technician
**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair washing machines, dryers, fridges, stoves, dishwasher and microwaves
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct tests to verify the effectiveness of repairs and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a repair technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic systems and components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE (CLASS G) IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSSITION
