**Position: Dental Practice Manager/Administrator (maternity-leave position)**

**Location: Rabbit Hill Dental Choice**

**Career Level**: Experienced Dental Administrator (minimum 2 years of Dental Administrator experience)

**Hours**:
Monday & Tuesday 8am to 4pm

Wednesday 11am to 7pm

Thursday 8am to 4pm

Alternating Friday 9am to 3pm

Alternating Saturday 8am to 2pm

As our Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients and working as a Full-time administrator.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Managment role
- Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, scheduling staff,etc.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
- Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - $31/hr
- $36/hr
