Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient data
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to dental office staff
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient operation of the front desk

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office setting preferred, not required
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures perferred
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix) perferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
