TOCSC is recruiting for a full-time, and part-time Community Inclusion Worker
**Community Inclusion Workers** support individuals with developmental disabilities to access activities within the community. They provide support, teaching and guidance in all areas of living, enhancing lives and community involvement.
**Requirements**:
- Valid First Aid Certificate **can be obtained within 2 weeks employment**:
- Clear Criminal Record check
- Medical clearance by Physician within first month of employment (TOCSC provided form)
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide QR code (1st day of employment)
- A vehicle in good working condition that can be used on a regular basis for work purposes
- Valid Driver’s License and Safe Driver’s Abstract
- Business use and a minimum of $3 million third liability coverage for vehicle insurance
- TB test (to be completed within 1st month of employment)
- Minimum 2 work-related references
These roles require the ability to work flexible hours (daytime, evenings, and weekends), along with 24-hour respite shifts. Respite wages range from $260 - $290 per 24-hour shift.
