We are seeking a top-notch customer service-oriented and organized server/bartender to join our growing team. In this position you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, and will contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mix drinks, pour and serve wine, beer, and other beverages.
- Romance and sell the food, craft beer, and beverages.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff, floor staff, managers, and most importantly, our customers.
- Help with overall customer service and cleaning protocols.
- Take payments and cash out.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
- Serving it Right certification.
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently, stay on task, and stay motivated.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
- Experience working as a bartender and server, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to carry 25 or more pounds of supplies.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to $15.65 per hour
