**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure machines run efficiently and meet production targets.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and production output.
- Report any safety or operational concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure machinery complies with regulatory and company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
