**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation & SOPs**
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to best practices.
- Develop and document **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** for plant operations.
- Ensure machinery runs smoothly and production goals are met.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**
- Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical or electrical repairs.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime.

**Quality Assurance**
- Inspect finished products for consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product integrity.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain clear records of machine performance, maintenance, and daily production.
- Report any safety concerns, quality deviations, or equipment malfunctions.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Follow company safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work area.
- Ensure operations comply with regulatory and internal standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
- **Experience in the beverage industry is highly preferred.**:

- **Experience in food manufacturing is a strong plus.**:

- **SOP Development**: Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and basic hydraulic systems.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
