Project Manager

Job Summary:
Reporting into the Program Manager, the primary focus of the Project Manager role is to oversee and successfully implement and manage the activities of Supply chain led projects. Ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing one large complex or multiple (less complex) projects utilizing project management fundamentals.
- Ensures that project team members complete tasks and deliverables on time and within budget, without compromising the project deliverables.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks.
- Ownership of project requirements and drives accountability with compassion in completion of tasks on time as per timeline.
- Manages the effective utilization of resources assigned to the project team, proactively communicates resource capacity and opportunities.
- Manage change to the project scope, schedule and costs using the appropriate project management systems.
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively across our cross functional teams, leadership, and 3rd party providers. Communicates clear and concise to unlock the team’s ability to meet or exceed the deliverables. Experience leading meetings and/or presentations.

Experience, Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- PMP or related certification an asset.
- Scrum or SAFe certification an asset.
- 3+ years experience with agile project management tools.
- 3+ years experience preparing and distributing progress reports for multiple levels of an organization.
- 3+ years experience monitoring and governing multiple projects concurrently.
- 3+ years experience managing projects across the entire life cycle using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) methodologies.
- 3+ years experience in Supply Chain is considered an asset.
- Must be able to travel to offices, stores, and distribution centers as required.

Working Conditions
- Primarily Monday to Friday, flexible hybrid work from home and office model.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment.
- Able & willing to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
