**KWE IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR FOR OUR KELLOGG’S OPERATION**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to work Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm.
- May require overtime based on the business requirement.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Complete company training in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & AIB (American Institute of Baking) auditing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Dangerous Goods, Forklift/Raymond Reach, Health & Safety Training and/or Certification, ISO Training, WHIMIS, First Aid.
- Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing,

**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Provide flexible full support to the distribution Supervisor.
- Supervisor the work of employees to ensure accurate processing of shipping/receiving.
- Investigate shipping/receiving problems inform manager of the issue and suggest resolutions.
- Assist the Supervisor in ad hoc assignments and inventory counts.
- Train new and existing warehouse employees, complete training planners and assist in completion of the new hire orientation review program.
- Preform new hire and ah hoc forklift evaluations to ensure employees are fit to operate machinery.
- Assist the Supervisor to evaluate employee performance; make recommendations for hires and disciplinary action.
- Assist the Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory.
- Assist the division/department manager in the effective maintenance of the companies ISO Policies.
- Participate in meetings and overall objectives for the terminal.
- Monitor employees to ensure all Health and Safety procedures are being followed. Make recommendations to the Joint Health & Safety Committee for improvements.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections of equipment and supplies to ensure facility is operational clean and safe.
- Operate a forklift and provide back up support for warehouse employees during busy times, vacations and absences.
- Provide back up support to the Distribution Supervisor during busy times, vacations and absences.
- Participate and provide leadership in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Including recommendations for process/layout to improve work -flow efficiency.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with staff; provide leadership through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
