Cellphone Technician

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
- Perform repairs on a variety of mobile devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Analyze schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding their devices.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep inventory of tools and parts used in repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), and repair techniques.

**Skills**
- Proficient in software troubleshooting for mobile devices.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in mobile device repair.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to computer hardware and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.

Expected hours: 40 per week
