Camera Coordinator

The Camera Coordinator is responsible for the collection, entry, and tracking of data to measure compliance with in-cab camera related to safety rules and government regulations, in addition to Driver Safety administrative tasks, driver inquiries and communications across the company.
**How You'll Help**:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date data on weekly and monthly with in-cab camera reporting.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly trending reports.
- Prepare, review and track monthly inventory, trending and coaching efficiency of in-cab camera.
- Preparation and distribution of weekly in-cab camera report.
- Update and maintain the camera inventory.
- Review in-cab camera event for accuracy.
- Follow up with drivers and Driver Safety Specialist regarding certain events.
- Communicate with Fleet Services, Operations, brokers and drivers to educate on Day & Ross policies.
- Coordinate with Driver Safety, Broker Services and Operation team when in-cab camera requires repair.
- Create disciplinary actions to profile related to in-cab camera events.
- Update Driver Safety procedures and orientation materials.
- Support Driver Safety staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide videos for accident claims department in an event of an incident
Your Skills & Experience:
- Post secondary education in office administration preferred
- Training in MS Office, at minimum intermediate to advanced level Excel training
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in the transportation or safety industry an asset
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with exceptional Excel skills - creating formulas, organizing data, and formatting.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills in order to meet deadlines and produce accurate reports
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
- Understanding of the root cause analysis process and identification of action items to address these cause to ensure mínimal risk for the company and drivers.
