Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent service to customers
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of food orders
- Works well and supports the team
- Manage restaurant standards and good practices

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
