Production Manager

Tank Traders® is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations at our newly established production facility in Nisku, marking our 10th production facility internationally. This is a floor-focused leadership role responsible for supervising production activities, supporting a team of 12+ employees, and ensuring safe, efficient day-to-day operations within a single facility. You will work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to help shape processes as the facility scales
- without being responsible for corporate budgets or managing multiple locations. This position is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced manager who is excited about the opportunity to build and develop a team from the ground up. Day in the life:
- 80% hands-on involvement working directly with the Production team on the floor
- 20% administrative responsibilities including basic reporting, team scheduling, and supporting hiring and process improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12+ individuals
- Champion company culture and values through visible leadership
- Maintain inventory levels and operational efficiencies daily
- Monitor and sustain KPIs in production, quality, and Health & Safety
- Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and coordinating repairs when needed What’s in it for you:

- 3+ years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment
- Proven ability to lead teams in hands-on, fast-paced settings
- Solid understanding of daily production coordination and workflow management
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting 20-40 lb propane tanks
- Forklift experience is an asset
