**Job Summary**:
**Section A - Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of strategic HR priorities for Canada. Partner with stakeholders to identify HR solutions that support the HR strategy for Canada.
- Support talent and succession planning for frontline leadership. Assist HR Directors in designing development opportunities for people leaders.
- Ensure compliance efforts are maintained via policies and procedures, including maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee and leadership inquiries regarding HR processes policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management and employee engagement.
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the internal customer experience.
- Support change management initiatives and help to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Leverage data driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations to address people and culture gaps and make recommendations for HR procedure changes.
- Provide administrative support to other HR processes and procedures as required.

**Section B - Required Experience**:

- Natural fit with McKesson's I2CARE & ILEAD shared principles.
- Degree or diploma in business management or Human Resources.
- 2+ years of professional HR experience.
- Business acumen with enterprise mindset. Preferred global experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and change management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management, communication, problem solving and influence skills. A demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationships with the business and within HR.
- Collaborative and experienced with supporting stakeholders and team members in a matrixed environment.
- Additional key competencies include collaboration; composure; execution and follow through.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**:
$69,700 - $116,100
