- **Job Summary**:**HR Generalist/HR Business Partner**

**The Role & Key Responsibilities***:

- Proven experience working closely with line management and employees to drive and help facilitate positive employee relations from orientation to onboarding;
- Working closely with the local and global HR team for regional input into projects;
- Maintain HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they are in line with local legislation and regulation, as well as align to Group standards;
- Building positive relationships across the business, assisting with the implementation of culture change initiatives/transformation;
- Analyzing trends using metrics such as exit interview and turnover;
- Conducting employee lifecycle changes such as maternity and paternity leaves, and support with annual salary reviews;
- Closely partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, aligning on succession discussions and support for the business;
- Liaise with the greater HR team to drive consistency across the business and to share best practice;
- Ad hoc projects which may occur in business requirements.

- Excellent communication skills and self-awareness
- A positive and approachable personality, with a willingness to learn
- Strong self-motivation and drive
- Continuous improvement mindset in regard to HR processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bilingual French is an asset

**Education and Experience**:

- 3-5 proven and direct experience across the HR function required
- Certified HR Designation completed, or in progress
- Significant experience gained in a similar role and industry
- Solid knowledge/awareness of employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation.
