The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in creating a great candidate experience, screening and selection process, interviewing and salary negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying talent through recruitment sources, screening candidates, conducting interviews
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions, with excellent evaluation skills
- Administrative duties and record keeping, which includes all candidate data and information
- Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on business needs
- Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing guides for each open position
- Build networks through community / college / government agencies initiatives
- Attend career fairs and present at industry events
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Post new positions on job portals, social media and other relevant places
Requirements
- You possess 4+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in the Security / Hospitality Industry - 1 year
- You are results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Sense of urgency and dedication to goals and deadlines
- Flexibility in work hours as required to meet the demands of a recruiting deadline
- Security experience is an asset
