Tamir Part-Time Social Worker will be responsible for supporting program participants and their families through the creation and implementation of a therapeutic community through staff trainings, family workshops, and family referrals to ongoing support as well as participate in emerging program development processes.

Our Social Worker is under the direct supervision of the Associate Executive Director working collaboratively with the Associate Director of Youth Services to Create, plan, and facilitate workshops that will help parents develop greater parenting skills, self care and how to support themselves and their children.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Highly motivated and self-directed; capable of seeing projects through from beginning to end
- Results-oriented
- Must have a good sense of humor

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $38.00-$41.00 per hour
