Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with development teams, product managers and business centers to research, develop, write and maintain high quality product documentation and collaterals appropriate for its target audience.
- Developing and maintaining easy-to-understand user interface guides, online Help, implementation and configuration manuals, procedure manuals, process documentation, release notes and other collaterals.
- Preparing content in alternate media forms (e.g. ServiceNow knowledge base (KB) article, Power point presentations, videos and other collaterals for maximum usability). These will be used to supplement the documentation.
- Mentoring other documentation team members on the documentation best practices, standard formats, process and content related aspects
- Research and evaluate emerging tools and techniques for documentation management and adopt them in deliverables

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a portfolio of work with 5 to 7 years of technical documentation experience that demonstrates excellent writing skills, preferably in financial industry domains
- Experience in development and maintenance of knowledge base (KB) article in ServiceNow.
- Take independent ownership of product documentation including development and maintenance of repositories of reference materials
- Familiarity with Active Directory (Windows) administration tasks and associated documentation stages including defined documentation templates
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented and can work well as part of a team
- Ability to quickly understand technical and functional concepts and present them as easily comprehensible structured documents
- Evaluate current content and improve those through use of latest tools and techniques
- 5+ years’ experience in technical writing, legal writing, or writing executive/C-Suite level communications
- Experienced in requirement analysis and project brief gathering.
- Experience with technical writing, articulating content strategy, and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to juggle shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
