Axis Auto Finance is currently seeking an assertive Automotive Regional Sales Manager to Service Northern Ontario. They will be responsible for developing new and maintaining existing used vehicle dealer relationships along with guiding dealerships through the company’s different programs and incentives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Building Dealer relationships, with the goal of growing the Lender's Dealer network
- Knowledge of the company’s sales campaign and the ability to seek new opportunities in the used dealership market.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to each Dealer, with the goal to elevate customer loyalty
- Understanding non-prime vehicle lending competitive landscape and able to sell Dealers on advantages of the Lender’s programs
- Co-developing and executing sales/marketing campaigns in line with business development targets of the Lender
- Assisting in the effective underwriting process of finance/lease arrangements
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous 3-5 years vehicle financial services or automotive dealer experience is preferred
- Applicants must have/be able to receive an OMVIC salesperson certification
- Must have a valid driver's license and should reside in the Northern Ontario area for adequate mobility
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a focus on the customer experience
- Confident networking and relationship building abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet” in the handling of selling situations
- Excellent at developing new relationships with dealers across the Northern Ontario area.
- High self-discipline and goal-orientation combined with the ability to work independently

**Experience**:
- Automotive Sales: 2 years (preferred)
