Human Resources Technician

**Human resources technician**: Full-Time
Number of hours per week : between 40 and 40
Shift : Day, Evening
Availability : Anytime
The person will work in collaboration with and support managers in the management of the following key files
- Carry out the full recruitment cycle (posting, CV screening, telephone and in-person interviews, reference checks, etc.);
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration process;
- Be the first point of contact for employees for all matters related to group insurance and other benefits;
- Ensure the administrative management of employee training and coordinate training activities;
- Support management and do the administrative follow-up for absences, disabilities, preventive withdrawals or work accidents;
- Support management in the management of employees;
- Perform all other related tasks.
**Requirements**:
- You have a college diploma in human resources/administration;
- You have a minimum of **2 years of relevant experience;**:
- You have experience in recruiting personnel;
- You are a good communicator and team player;
- You are organized, autonomous, methodical and able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Experience in the food industry is an asset.
