**Traffic Supply Chain Leader**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support overall traffic center performance with focus on smart P&L decisions
- Drive Traffic Center safety/service culture
- Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and skills
- Communicate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues
- Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
- Organize and facilitate work team meetings (ex: engagement teams, roundtables, etc.)
- Solve daily operational issues
- Administer policies and practices
- Initiate and implement projects
- Conduct presentations and formal training programs
- Improve team communication and engagement
- Lead the Staffing & Retention workstream
- Think quickly, creatively and challenge the team to do the same

Qualifications:
**Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Direct manager for Team Supervisors, OTR drivers, Dispatchers
- Develop and sustain high engagement and trust with Driver Teams
- Partner with other Supply Chain Leaders to ensure harmonized and effective operations
- Oversee daily Traffic Center Operations
- Direct the execution of OTR and Irving Metro Operations
- Ensure high levels of communication in place with all metroplex departments
- Develop Partnerships across the supply chain to enable great Service
- Lead Staffing and Retention workstream
- Source and recruit highly qualified drivers for OTR and Metro Operations
- Lead Driver Recruiting Program
- Partner with the Safety team for impactful interviews, assessments, and training
- Lead driver onboarding 30/60/90 checkpoints and training
- Lead the Great Place to Work agenda
- Local carrier management
- Reconciliation & cost performance
- Service performance
- CF OTD & CC RAD
- Safety Performance
- IFR/CFR
- Drive safety culture + retention improvement
- Financial Forecasting (local carrier, carrier, revenue and volume)
- Other duties/accountabilities as assigned
