**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure and assess fabric and dress specifications to ensure proper fit and design.
- Sew, alter, and repair dresses with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate sewing machines and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete orders within specified timeframes.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all dresses meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management of fabrics, threads, and sewing supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar sewing or tailoring role.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong sewing skills with proficiency in using various sewing machines and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or patterns.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
