**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Responsible for the day-to-day fund reconciliations.
- Supporting the team’s monthly equity close process on each fund.
- Monthly distribution calculations + payments.
- Monthly commission calculations + payments.
- Quarterly trailer fee calculations + payments.
- Monthly fund reporting to all applicable stakeholders.
- Assistance on the monthly/quarterly NAV calculations.
- Assistance on the monthly fund performance reporting.
- Assisting external auditors during year-end audits and during tax season.
- Assistance with the annual tax reporting function - T3 reporting.
- Investor query handling across funds.

**WHAT **WILL YOU NEED?**
- Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Business Administration with an accounting and or finance concentration.
- No prior experience required.
- GPA of approximately 3.5 is considered an asset
- Interest in pursuing a financial designation (CFA/CAIA) a strong signal of intent.
- CSC (Canadian Securities Course) is considered an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interpersonal skills - can effectively work as part of a team with the right blend of collaboration, flexibility, and involvement to achieve results.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
- Ability to work from home without a decrease in productivity.
- A proactive and curious mindset.
- Computer skills - (Microsoft suite), intermediate excel is a non-negotiable (Vlookup, Xlookup, Sumif/s, Tables, Sorting/Filtering, Pivot tables.)
- Organizational skills - being able to prioritize tasks, and manage yourself and your time effectively.
- Capacity for Change - the ability to adapt quickly to any change in business needs/team requirements.
