**Part-Time Wine Merchant - Key Holder**

Magnotta Winery is seeking a passionate, customer-focused **Part-Time Wine Merchant - Key Holder** to join our team in Beamsville. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience - from first interaction to a memorable lasting impression.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service and assist customers with product selection
- Offer knowledgeable wine and food pairing recommendations
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) transactions, including end-of-day sales reconciliation
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Support merchandising, stock management, and inventory upkeep
- Execute marketing, promotional, and operational initiatives as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Safely lift and move product (up to 25 kg as required)

**Availability Requirements**:

- Must be available for **afternoons, evenings**, and **alternate weekends**:

- **Steel-toe footwear** is required for safety reasons

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of retail key holder experience**:

- Previous knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is an asset
- **Smart Serve Certification** (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
