**STARTING WAGE $26.00/HOUR + $1.25 SHIFT PREMIUM**

North Star Windows is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong Customer Service skills to join our dynamic Team.

**Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Team Leader, the Maintenance Technician will work with the Maintenance Team, other team members and leaders throughout our manufacturing facility to meet the goals of the department and the company.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to perform work without direct supervision-self motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Safety oriented
- Post-secondary education maintenance program is considered an asset but not a requirement
- Report immediately any safety violations and correct unsafe acts or conditions.
- Perform assigned tasks with a high sense of urgency and safe but fast pace.
- Comply with all maintenance, safety and plant rules on conduct & attendance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.10 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
