As a Rogers Sales Associate, you’ll be a key player in driving our sales campaigns for a top-tier internet product, while building a successful career from the ground up. Responsibilities of a Rogers Sales Associate:
- Actively engage with potential customers in assigned residential areas, presenting and selling Rogers service packages
- Become a knowledgeable Rogers Sales Associate who can clearly explain features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Rogers internet services
- Strategically plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize customer interactions and consistently meet sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers, earning trust and fostering loyalty through professional and personable interactions
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the best internet solutions tailored to each customer
- Accurately complete sales contracts and enter customer information to ensure a seamless enrollment process
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions designed to strengthen your skills as a Rogers Sales Associate
- Provide valuable feedback to leadership on customer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to refine sales strategies
Qualifications of a Rogers Sales Associate:
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach
- A positive, motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven sales environment
- Professional demeanor and commitment to representing NorthLine Strategies and Rogers Communications with integrity
- Ambition to meet and exceed sales targets, with a goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to address customer questions and objections confidently while offering effective solutions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the Richmond area
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize success as a Rogers Sales Associate
Pay: $800.00-$1,300.00 per week
