**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultations**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skin type, concerns, treatment goals, and preferences.
- Offer professional advice on suitable treatments, skincare routines, and products.

**Skincare Treatments**:

- Perform facial treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation therapies.

**Scalp Treatments**:

- Perform specialized scalp treatments, including scalp massages, detoxification, and nourishment therapies to promote healthy hair growth and alleviate scalp conditions.
- Use scalp care products and techniques to treat issues such as dandruff, dryness, and oiliness.

**Product Knowledge & Sales**:

- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and services.
- Recommend and sell beauty products and skincare lines to clients based on their needs.

**Client Care**:

- Ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed throughout treatments.
- Provide aftercare advice to clients and ensure they are satisfied with the results of their treatments.

**Sanitization & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols during treatments.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate client records, including treatments, allergies, and preferences.
- Track client progress and follow up on any ongoing treatment plans.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Certified Aesthetician with a diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, or aesthetics clinic is a essential.
- Knowledge of facial treatments, scalp treatments, Hammam therapies, massage techniques, and skincare is essential.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with various skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, scalp treatments, Hammam therapies, and massage.
- Ability to perform services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and advanced aesthetic treatments (if applicable).
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Positive attitude, friendly and approachable personality.
- Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
- Physically demanding; ability to stand for long periods and perform treatments that may require significant manual dexterity.
