The Role

We are seeking an experienced and polished Aesthetician/Laser Hair Technician who is passionate about aesthetics, skin health, and delivering a five-star client experience. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who values precision, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform laser hair removal treatments with expert technique and strict adherence to safety protocols

· Deliver customized facial and skincare treatments tailored to each client's needs

· Conduct in-depth consultations and skin assessments to create personalized treatment plans

· Educate clients on procedures, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care

· Maintain detailed, accurate client records with discretion and professionalism

· Uphold luxury service standards from consultation through follow-up

· Maintain immaculately prepared treatment rooms and equipment

· Support retail and service recommendations in a refined, non-pushy manner

· Collaborate with the clinical and front-desk team to ensure a seamless client journey

· Willingness to provide treatment to both male and female clients

Qualifications & Experience

· Active state license (Aesthetician and/or Laser Certification as required)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or high-end aesthetics environment preferred

· Proven experience with laser hair removal devices

· Advanced knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment contraindications

· Impeccable communication skills and professional presence

· Detail-oriented, punctual, and discreet
