Summary of Responsibilities:

- Collect, process, and file paperwork for Accounts Payable suppliers
- Process open payable and customer requests
- Prepare paperwork for various payments as per credit terms
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, management and yard personnel
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- College/University or equivalent experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math, computer, account reconciliation, and data entry skills
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to complete assignments promptly with attention to detail
- Work cooperatively with other employees and the public
- Pre-Employment background required
