As an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator with EllisDon Facilities Services, you will work with the Advisory, Technical and Pursuits team to support the service delivery elements of our portfolio and upcoming pursuits pipeline, helping ensure that long-term operational factors are given due consideration and support through pursuit, design, construction, and operations phases.
**You as a O&M Coordinator will**:
- Assisting with O&M solutions and process development for Public-Private Partnership projects, as well as other proposals and/or qualifications;
- Helping develop and prepare bid submissions including narratives, project references and key individual resumes for PPP project bids;
- Assisting in the development of financial models used to bid RFPs, including lifecycle cost models, labour analysis, and estimating of facilities yearly operations and maintenance costs;
- Working as part of the technical team to help support operations with facility engineering issues that arise;
- Assisting in the development of tools to be utilized by bid team. Tools include development of benchmark operations data, development of bid submission databases and financial models;
- Working on other ad hoc projects including submission reviews, bids, life-cycle analysis, risk management, consulting, asset and BIM population, etc.
- Participating, as required, in architectural, mechanical and electrical design meetings and coordinate key requirements and deliverables specific to facilities, operations and maintenance
- Responsible for document control, distribution of technical updates and lessons shared among various site teams
- Assist our business operations support solutions and mobilization teams
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent combinations of technical training, commercial and healthcare facilities management experience and industry memberships considered an asset;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to think on your feet and interact with intermediate and executive level team members;
