**The Position**

CC&L Private Capital Ltd. is seeking a Private Client Operational Intern to join our **Operational Specialist Team** for a **4-month term** (January-April, 2025)

This is an opportunity to support our Onboarding Specialist Team with a variety of tasks and experience the documentation, account opening, and compliance cycle first-hand.

As a **Private Client Operational Intern,** you will:

- Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure consistent and accurate entry of client information into our CRM database.
- Work in various software environments to enter and maintain data integrity and organize client documentation.
- Provide administrative support and back up as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**

The** Private Client Operational Intern **position is geared toward students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree or recently graduated with a focus on Finance, Business Administration, and/or Economics. We are seeking ambitious students with a strong academic track record, who are interested in making an impact in process efficiencies at CC&L.
- At least one previous internship experience in the area or Finance, Asset Management and/or Investment Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with other team members, combined with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of investment management practice is an asset.
