Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career with an industry leader? Liteline Corporation, Canada’s largest privately held lighting manufacturer, is seeking a motivated **Regional Sales Manager** to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the **GTA Region.**

With a **160,000 sq. ft. facility in the Greater Toronto Area** and over **140 employees**, Liteline specializes in innovative LED lighting solutions and is a leader in the lighting industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Exceed sales targets** by creating demand, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to develop strategies and share market insights for continuous improvement.
- **Stay ahead of industry trends** by keeping up with product innovations and competitor activities.
- **Deliver expert guidance** by providing customers with technical support and value-driven solutions.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven **sales experience** with a results-driven mindset.
- Preferred **experience in the electrical or lighting industry** market or similar
- Strong **communication skills** to convey technical product details and value propositions effectively.
- A **customer-first approach** with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Excellent **time management** and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strategic mindset to **develop sales plans** and measure success.
- Ability to **manage relationships** between customers and industry partners.
- **High school diploma or equivalent**

Pay: $69,999.00-$84,999.00 per year
