**Description**:
The Junior Financial Analyst provides regular financial reports and analysis to assist senior management in developing the company’s strategic plans, identify and evaluate business opportunities from ‘what if’ analysis, and deep dive on customer, financial, and operational data. This position is part of the Operation team and will report to the Sr. Director of Canada Operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare regular financial and managerial reporting to share with senior management for each period end analysis (including monthly, quarterly, and annual close).
- Analyze periodical results to provide insights into cost, expense and forecast variances, key performance indicators/ratios and financial performance trends
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of budgeting, utilization, and attrition data.
- Partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key functional group leaders within the business unit to support company in developing their strategic plans.
- Support the GM in preparing material for quarterly strategic reviews and actively participate in the review
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the tech industry
- Proficient with MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
- Good understanding of accounting principles and concepts
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, operations, and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Can follow SOPs with limited supervision
