AnkleByters Child Care Ltd is looking for Out-Of-School Supervisors. Supervisors will be responsible for the direct supervision of children aged 5-10 years in our Licensed Out of School Care (OSC) program. The OSC supervisors will plan and assist with organizing group activities, supervise up to 25 children (two supervisors), maintaining a clean and safe indoor and outdoor play environment. Applicants should have some experience working with children in similar environments.
- Hours are Monday to Friday
- Before School from 7:00am - 9:00am.
- After School from 2:30 pm - 5:30-5:45 pm.
- Or both before and after school

DESIRED SKILLS:
1. Nurturing personality and a strong desire to guide and mentor children.

2. Supervisory experience working with children 5-10 years

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with parents, community members, fellow staff, and building personnel.

4. Team player, with good problem solving and intervention skills.

5. Good communication and organization skills.

6. 20 hours in related courses or willing to take workshops to gain hours.

7. Valid first aid certificate, a clean criminal record check and 19 years or older is mandatory.

*TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $20.00 per hour to start.

Approximately 20-25 hours/week

Able to work Monday to Friday (all five days before school or after school or both before and after school)

Completion of a three month probationary period.
