Digital Data Strategist

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging digital data to shape marketing strategies. This role ensures that the marketing team understands digital performance trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for growth, enabling data-driven decisions that align with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Collaboration & Strategy Support**:
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure insights are integrated into content creation and campaign planning.
- Contribute to the development of the company's digital marketing strategy by providing data-backed recommendations.
**Digital Tools & Platforms**:
- Implement and manage analytics tools and reporting systems across company websites, social media, and other platforms as needed.
- Implement SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords. Ensure website structure and internal linking support SEO objectives.
- Monitor up-to-date trends and keyword research. Analyze keyword performance and competitiveness to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms. Prepare regular reports to track performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance data collection and analysis.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.
- Present regular performance reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimization.
**Market & Customer Insights**:
- Conduct research on customer and consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities using both internal and external data sources.
- Provide insights into customer preferences, purchase patterns, and engagement levels to refine marketing strategies.
- Form relevant strategies distinct to customer and end consumer needs, interest, and patterns.
**Campaign Performance**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Overall, the Digital Insights Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine visibility, and maximizing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Shopify), and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite).
- Understanding of e-commerce principles, policies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen interest in têxtiles or creative industries is a plus.

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
