**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare the full cycle bookkeeping include bank reconciliations, recording revenues, investments, and reconciling A/R, A/P, preparing adjusting entries and schedules
- Prepare payroll and remittances
- GST/ HST preparation
- Correspond with clients, CRA and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
- Filing and maintenance of client database

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable role/Payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Profile and MS Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL)
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- Professionalism and ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Previous experience with personal taxes would be considered an asset
