**What you will do**:
**Master HVAC Systems**:

- **Inspect**: Identify issues in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including leaks and wear.
- **Troubleshoot**: Diagnose and fix climate control problems.
- **Repair**: Fix or replace parts like motors, compressors, and thermostats. Even handle ductwork and insulation.

**HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain Systems**: Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC units. Handle warranty services.
- **Diagnose Issues**: Troubleshoot problems in HVAC systems for effective solutions.
- **Improve Air Quality**: Clean ducts to boost efficiency and air quality.
- **Fix and Adjust**: Repair, replace, and adjust vents and ducts.
- **Ensure Drainage**: Keep condensation drain lines clear.
- **Handle Emergencies**: Swiftly manage emergency repairs.
- **Install Smart Products**: Wire Smart Home devices.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain daily maintenance logs.
- **Manage Truck**: Take care of the service truck.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow appliance and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Gas Fitter License**:

- 2+ years in multi-residential properties
- Stellar customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check

**Show Your Skills**:
**Experience**:

- 3 years preferred installing and repairing AC, Combi Boilers, Filters, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, and Tankless systems.

**Certifications**:

- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

**Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $100,000.00 **Hassle-free bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
