Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliant retail transactions in accordance with regulatory bodies
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality to enhance customer / member satisfaction
- Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in POS
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with upper management for timely procurement of supplies
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations for employees
- Lead team management efforts to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and facility maintenance Skills
- Proven experience in management or leadership
- Self motivated but can also work within a team
- Knowledge of firearms industry and the sport
- Experience with retail POS systems
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory control accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of firearms regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask / prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about the firearm industry to make a significant impact within our organization.

s: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year Expected hours: 44 per week Benefits:
