**Responsabilités**
- Inscrire des élèves et les mettre à l’horaire.
- Répondre au téléphone et transmettre les messages aux enseignants.
- Recueillir les paiements de cours et aider au recouvrement des comptes impayés.
- Aider le coordinateur à mettre à jour les dossiers d’élèves.
- Aider le coordinateur à faire concorder les rapports de commissions.
- Aider à l’organisation des concerts.

**Exigences**
- Avoir suivi au moins un an de cours d’instrument à l’école ou en cours particuliers.
- Connaissance de base des instruments de musique.
- Être disponible pour travailler durant la semaine (jour et soir) ainsi que la fin de semaine.
- Excellente aptitude pour le service à la clientèle.
- Facilité à communiquer tant en personne qu’au téléphone.
- Facilité à utiliser un ordinateur.
- Compétences de base en travail de bureau.
