Toronto, Canada Jewish Family and Child Service Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct treatment (care, coaching and counselling) and relevant programming services to youth on a daily basis in conjunction with the JDD team.
- Develop, implement, review and monitor the treatment plans for the youth in conjunction with the team and family.
- Support and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they have access to services within the Agency and in the community.
- Plan and participate in activity/recreation-based programing and physical education such as yoga, art therapy, cooking, CBT etc.
- Supervise and assists students during non-academic instructional time, e.g., recess, lunch, bus loading/unloading, therapeutic recreation, etc.
- Ensure the physical facilities of the program are maintained in accordance with the accepted agency standards and the norms of health and safety.
- Assists with special events (religious observances, Graduation, celebrations, etc.) as they come up.
- Maintain accurate and timely client related documentation for internal and external record keeping in accordance with professional standards, the Agency and Day Treatment Policy.
- Liaise, communicate and coordinate a collaborative working relationship with internal and external professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:

- **CYW or equivalent post-secondary diploma/degree**:

- **CYW experience in a Day Treatment Program would be considered an asset**:

- **Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team**:

- **Strong administrative and organizational skills**:

- **Strong computer skills and within with Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel and Word), databases, and client databases.**:

- **Comprehension of French or another language will be considered an asset**:
