**Job Description**:
Avayda is seeking motivated students and individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This position presents a great opportunity for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing door-to-door to promote and sell our premium pest control services to homeowners in Kelowna. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, self-development, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners, effectively communicating the benefits of Avayda's pest control services.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, addressing their concerns and questions regarding pest management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Avayda to enhance sales skills and entrepreneurship knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to relocate to Kelowna, British Columbia, for the duration of the summer sales program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
