Client Intake Specialist

**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
- Gather and accurately record client information.
- Introduce clients to various immigration pathways and options for both temporary and permanent residency in Canada.
- Review and evaluate clients' eligibility for Permanent Residency (PR) and other immigration programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the intake process.
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and pathways.
- Collaborate with the immigration team to ensure clients receive comprehensive and accurate information.
- Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather necessary information
- Manage and maintain client files using CRM of the company
- Assist in project management tasks related to intake processes
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of one year of experience in immigration consulting.
- English speaker.
- Familiarity with the Caribbean region and experience working with clients from this area on immigration matters.
- Strong understanding of Canada’s immigration pathways, including temporary and permanent residency options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Canada immigration: 1 year (preferred)
