We're Hiring: Intake Specialists
Preszler Injury Lawyers is looking for compassionate, trauma-informed Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for people seeking our help. Whether it's someone recovering from a motor vehicle accident or another life-changing event, you will guide them through the first steps of their legal journey with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
- Listen with care and respond using a trauma-informed approach
- Assist potential clients in understanding our services and complete necessary documentation
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion
- Coordinate initial consultations between clients and our legal team
- Ensure every client feels heard, supported, and respected from day one
